Final Walk-Through Inspection
The final walk-through is your last chance to confirm agreed repairs were made and the property is vacant of the seller’s belongings. This typically occurs the day before or day of closing.
Closing
At closing you, the seller, and the closing agent sign settlement documents. You’ll complete loan paperwork and fund down payment and closing costs, either by certified check or electronic wire as specified in the settlement statement. After recording the deed at the County Recorder’s office, ownership transfers to you.
