We guarantee to lease your property to a qualified resident within 30 days—or less. If we don’t, we’ll cut our leasing fee in half and continue working on your behalf until the property is successfully rented.

To qualify for our 30-Day Leasing Guarantee, the following conditions must be met:

  • Owner agrees to our recommended rental price based on market analysis
  • Property is vacant and ready for showings
  • Property meets our rent-ready standards
  • Owner allows pets (maximum of two)

We guarantee a 12-month tenancy. If a resident breaks their lease early, we will find a new qualified resident at no additional leasing cost to you.

We guarantee a response to all owner and resident inquiries—calls, texts, or emails—within 24 business hours. If we fail to meet this commitment, we will waive your management fee for that month.
