With new ownership beginning in 2026, we renewed our commitment to industry best practices and strengthened our operational systems to better serve clients and adapt to changing market needs.

New owner and designated broker of Lotus Key Homes as of Q4 2025. Licensed in MO & KS since 2012, 2019 graduate of KCRAR Leadership Academy in partnership with the University of Missouri-Kansas City. NARPM Member. Enjoys spending time with family, getting outdoors, traveling, and staying active.

Alana "Loni" Bernard
Leasing Agent
Founder and former owner of Lotus Key Homes. Now role on the property management side is assisting with property tours as a leasing agent. Loni also has a BA in Philosophy & Business & Art from Missouri State University, has her Broker’s licenses in Missouri and Kansas, plus has been in sales and management for over 30 years winning numerous awards. She enjoys working with clients to achieve their goals. In your first initial meeting with her she will get to know you, your family, your lifestyle and your life goals including your dream house or investment portfolio needs. Loni’s experience is expansive; she has sold hundreds of homes, designed many homes and holds several rental properties herself.
